Tim Kubiak is a Partner, Project Manager, and cares for overall Quality Control. He has experience in the cedar restoration business since 1995.
He is the person to manage the completion of your work. He has been responsible for Thousands of job completions!
Tim goes over the details of each task to make sure that the services outlined in your contract are indeed what you receive. Should a question arise during the work then Tim is only a phone call away if he isn't already there!

Gail Kubiak-Gusman is a Partner and Office Manager, and she has experience in the cedar restoration business since 1985.
She is the friendly voice you hear when you call CTS. She is available during the day to answer your questions and if she is unable to answer a question then she will find the answer for you, or get you to someone who can help you.
When contacting our Company she will gather needed information and pass it along to our Estimator to get your request working. She will mainly be the one to contact regarding Invoicing and Payments. We are confident that you will be happy about your decision to inquire about our services and Gail will do everything possible to assist you!
Rob Kubiak a Partner, Business Manager, Estimator and Much more and he has experience in the cedar restoration business since 1985.
He is the person that will evaluate and estimate the scope of work that you request. He has the knowledge to assist you in making educated decisions that will both save you money and the aggravation that comes from getting the wrong advice. What he provides is not just an estimate at no cost to you, you will find that it is an overall evaluation of the work that is needed.
After his inspection he will provide a professional, detailed proposal that explains the steps needed to complete a First Class job without having to spend more than is necessary.
